To schedule an appointment, please call (415) 292-6350. New patients are always welcome. Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your schedule. Everyone at our office is at your service.
Emergencies Our office provides on-call service for emergencies, 24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week. Call (415) 292-6350 and Dr. Welsh will be contacted immediately.
Cancellations If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
Payment Cosmetic Services are not billed and are payable at the time of the visit. Please call (PMSI) Practice Management Services Inc. at 1-866-492-2448 if you have any questions about your bill. We currently expect payment for all services at the time of service. We will bill the patients insurance as a courtesy. Patients will recieve any reimbursement diectly:
